With almost a decade of experience in Texas Politics, Gavin has proven himself to be a bold, future-oriented policy leader through his work in the Texas Capitol, Political Campaigns, and consulting for organizations.

With an ability to bring together broad coalitions, he was one of the youngest Chiefs of Staff in the Texas House and instrumental in helping Members, Staff and advocacy groups navigate the State Appropriations process. He's successfully passed multiple bills, and led bipartisan coalitions that brought pragmatism to an otherwise increasingly partisan legislature.
