With almost 10+ years of experience in Texas Politics, Gavin has proven himself to be a bold, future-oriented policy leader through his work in the Texas Capitol, political organizations, and consulting for the private sector.

Gavin was one of the youngest Chiefs of Staff in the Texas House and has worked for multiple State Representatives, CEO’s, and Executive Directors.

During the 87th, 88th, and 89th Legislatures, Gavin was seen as a resource for Members, Staff, and advocacy groups to navigate the State Appropriations process. Gavin has successfully passed multiple bills and led bipartisan coalitions that brought pragmatism to an otherwise increasingly partisan legislature.
